- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for a refund if items are:
- Unused, unwashed, and clean
- Free of odors or signs of wear
- Tags still attached
- Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item arrived defective.

- Ship in 10–15 business days.
- Final sale: not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Please note: Apparel & Home items are made to order.
